Starting Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Donovan McNabb will sit out the remainder of passing camp with shoulder tendonitis. Eagle coach Andy Reid reported that his quarterback’s injury would not require surgery and he should be ready for the start of training camp next month. McNabb is slated for treatments on his ailing shoulder over the next 2 weeks. Unfortunately for Eagles fans injuries have been common for their quarterback, as he has missed 17 games due to injury over his last 3 seasons. Football Fantasy league players as well as the betting public need to follow the health very closely of this veteran 31-year-old quarterback during the summer.
The Eagles open the season Sunday September 7th hosting the St Louis Rams. Philadelphia is a 7-point favorite in their opener. Oddsmakers have made the Eagles a 45 to 1 longshot to win Super Bowl 43.
