Utah is unbeatable at home and beatable on the road this season. Dallas with victory could really solidify their spot in the playoffs as someone has to lose when Golden St plays Denver tonight. Heading into Tuesday's action the Utah Jazz dropped consecutive road games at non-contending New Jersey and Minnesota allowing over 50% shooting in both losses. Utah doesn't play with the same aggressiveness on the road as they do at home. Their passive play on the road could be due to the hometown officiating we often see in the NBA and that may explain why Utah players give up so much space on the road while on defense. Utah has clinched a spot in the playoffs and head coach Jerry Sloan made that a high priority for his team so a little letdown could be in order here. Dallas needs this game a lot more and I will take them laying 2 against a Utah team that is very beatable outside of Salt Lake City. Take Dallas –2.
