Detroit is a tough team to bet on laying points in a back-to-back spot because the team is pretty much locked into the second seed and have little to play for to close the season. The Pistons are on the back end of a back to back and have failed to cover twice in there last back ends losing both games. After a 16 point loss to Cleveland last Wednesday the Pistons acted like a team that didn’t care too much about the loss. I think it’s evident that the Pistons are not going to bring their best effort on back ends from here on out because the goal of this team is to be healthy and have fresh legs for their playoff run. Enough, play Phoenix in this spot because the game is more important to Phoenix and Detroit will not bring their best because it’s all about the playoffs now for the Pistons. Take Phoenix +5.
